從(cong)變(bian)壓器(qi)繞(rao)組結構(gou)設計(ji)來看,并不(bu)是(shi)所用(yong)(yong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)都能使用(yong)(yong)立式(shi)(shi)繞(rao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)機生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)。如(ru)(ru)層式(shi)(shi)結構(gou)、多螺旋結構(gou)式(shi)(shi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)。如(ru)(ru)果(guo)這種(zhong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)使用(yong)(yong)普通(tong)臥式(shi)(shi)繞(rao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)機繞(rao)好后,軸向(xiang)(xiang)不(bu)加(jia)任何壓力繞(rao)制,線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)段間隙很大(da),像一個壓簧。線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)經壓緊(jin)后直徑變(bian)大(da),線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)和紙(zhi)筒間產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)間隙,會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)軸向(xiang)(xiang)失穩,遇(yu)有軸向(xiang)(xiang)電動力,線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)可能造(zao)成(cheng)損壞。因此,帶有軸向(xiang)(xiang)、徑向(xiang)(xiang)壓緊(jin)式(shi)(shi)臥式(shi)(shi)繞(rao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)機,在大(da)型(xing)變(bian)壓器(qi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)中,得到了廣泛(fan)使用(yong)(yong)。隨著(zhu)變(bian)壓器(qi)性(xing)能要求(qiu)越來越高,一般中小(xiao)型(xing)變(bian)壓器(qi)的生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),也逐漸開(kai)始使用(yong)(yong)壓緊(jin)式(shi)(shi)臥式(shi)(shi)繞(rao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)機。
