全自動繞線機安全防護裝置系統基于JG系列環形全自動繞線機設計,通過實地考(kao)察以及對操作人(ren)(ren)員交(jiao)談后(hou)發現(xian):工人(ren)(ren)操作此系列環形全自動繞線(xian)機時是將(jiang)未(wei)繞線(xian)鐵芯放入3個(ge)滾動輪中(zhong),具體操作是打開儲(chu)線(xian)環本體燕(yan)尾鎖條,將(jiang)儲(chu)線(xian)環開口(kou)活(huo)動段分(fen)開,讓(rang)額外繞線(xian)鐵芯中(zhong)心空位穿越繞線(xian)環開口(kou)部分(fen);然后(hou)鎖上鎖條,踩下腳踏開關,使儲(chu)線(xian)環轉動,其最高轉速可達700r/min,中(zhong)途需用手將(jiang)繞線(xian)鐵芯中(zhong)的線(xian)頭拔(ba)到另一邊去(qu)。
由于全自(zi)動繞線機轉速(su)過快(kuai),工(gong)人(ren)需要(yao)很快(kuai)的速(su)度(du)而手鏈的動作(zuo)去操作(zuo),這時就出現(xian)了(le)兩種傷(shang)指現(xian)象:
①已斷漆包線斷頭會插入手(shou)指,造成手(shou)指受傷;

而三相(xiang)異步電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機轉速由點(dian)頻(pin)率、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機的(de)(de)(de)極對數(shu)及轉差率決定(ding)。異步電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機的(de)(de)(de)轉矩是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)通與轉子內流過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流之間相(xiang)互作用(yong)而產生的(de)(de)(de),在定(ding)頻(pin)率下,如(ru)果電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)一(yi)定(ding)而只(zhi)降(jiang)低頻(pin)率,那么磁(ci)通就過大,磁(ci)回路(lu)飽和(he),嚴重(zhong)時將燒毀電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機。因(yin)此,頻(pin)率與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)要成(cheng)比例地改(gai)(gai)(gai)變(bian)(bian),即改(gai)(gai)(gai)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)率的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時控制變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)通保持一(yi)定(ding),避免弱磁(ci)和(he)磁(ci)飽和(he)現象的(de)(de)(de)產生。由于(yu)通用(yong)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器一(yi)般(ban)采用(yong)V/f控制,即變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)方(fang)式(shi)調(diao)速,改(gai)(gai)(gai)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)率和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)使最優的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機控制方(fang)法(fa)。因(yin)此選擇了變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)調(diao)速方(fang)法(fa),變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)調(diao)速是改(gai)(gai)(gai)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機定(ding)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率,從而改(gai)(gai)(gai)變(bian)(bian)其同(tong)步轉速的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)速方(fang)法(fa)。其特點(dian):
①效率高,調速過程中沒有(you)附加損耗;
②應用(yong)范圍廣,可用(yong)于(yu)籠型(xing)異步電動機;
③調速范圍大、特性硬、精度高(gao)。
