眾所周知,噪音是由振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)引(yin)(yin)起(qi)的,那么(me)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)由什么(me)引(yin)(yin)起(qi)的呢(ni),其實引(yin)(yin)起(qi)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)常見的有四大原因,即:不(bu)(bu)對中、不(bu)(bu)平衡、軸(zhou)承故障和機械松動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
1、不(bu)對(dui)中(zhong)——機器(qi)的對(dui)中(zhong)性非常重要,因為它而增加(jia)的旋轉力會(hui)對(dui)軸承和密封(feng)件施加(jia)異(yi)常的應力。不(bu)對(dui)中(zhong)的類型有:平行不(bu)對(dui)中(zhong)、角(jiao)度不(bu)對(dui)中(zhong)、平行和角(jiao)度不(bu)對(dui)中(zhong)。
2、軸(zhou)承(cheng)故障的分類(lei):a、滾動軸(zhou)承(cheng)疲勞(lao)剝落、磨損(sun)、塑性(xing)變形(xing)、銹(xiu)蝕、膠(jiao)合(he)(he)和(he)保持架(jia)損(sun)壞(huai)等。b、滑動軸(zhou)承(cheng)巴士(shi)合(he)(he)金松脫、巴士(shi)合(he)(he)金損(sun)壞(huai)、軸(zhou)承(cheng)殼體配合(he)(he)松動和(he)軸(zhou)承(cheng)間隙過大等。
3、機械松(song)(song)動(dong)(dong)——由于(yu)松(song)(song)動(dong)(dong)會產生非常明顯的(de)1X基頻波峰。在實(shi)際中存在有兩種(zhong)類型的(de)松(song)(song)動(dong)(dong):旋(xuan)轉松(song)(song)動(dong)(dong)和非旋(xuan)轉松(song)(song)動(dong)(dong)。軸(zhou)承磨損(sun)可能(neng)會導致出現旋(xuan)轉松(song)(song)動(dong)(dong),此故障在檢測(ce)時首先會測(ce)到軸(zhou)承磨損(sun)的(de)跡象,然(ran)后才能(neng)出現軸(zhou)承松(song)(song)動(dong)(dong)。
4、質量不(bu)(bu)平衡——所謂(wei)不(bu)(bu)平衡即是質量和幾何中心線(xian)不(bu)(bu)重合(he)所導致的一種(zhong)非正常狀態。當繞線(xian)機主(zhu)(zhu)軸旋轉(zhuan)時,其“重心”產生一個(ge)離心力作用在(zai)軸承上,該力的大(da)小(xiao)隨著主(zhu)(zhu)軸的旋轉(zhuan)而穩定的變化(hua)。不(bu)(bu)平衡的類型有三(san)種(zhong):靜不(bu)(bu)平衡或力不(bu)(bu)平衡、力矩不(bu)(bu)平衡或偶不(bu)(bu)平衡和動不(bu)(bu)平衡。
